Effective 4/01/08

circumstances. Your Condo Association will receive a 12% rebate on your National Flood Insurance Program premium after the

payment is made and our Agency has received it's commission. The Florida Department of Insurance has found this to be in

complete compliance. • Rebate calculated as 12% of the NFIP premium excluding federal fees.
